Wellness grows from the inside out. Eating well, movement, lifestyle — the whole mind / body / spirit connection — according to your individual needs are cornerstones of wellness, and shouldn’t feel impossible nor inconsequential. Life is too short to not take care of ourselves, feel good and be happy! The good news is that even small changes can have a tremendous impact.
And we ALL have the capacity to do this — we just need to tap into it. It is a gift in life to have choice when it comes to the foods we eat or paths on which we journey, and we should honor and leverage this opportunity by treating ourselves well and caring for our health as much as we can. This kind of self-care allows you to be your best self not only for yourself, but for those around you as well. Everyone benefits.
While I do believe in a few “universal truths” when it comes to health and well-being, specific needs, preferences, wants and goals vary from person to person. As a Certified Integrative Health Coach and a lifelong student of all things health + nutrition + wellness, I (Sarah) can help you learn how to more easily, effectively and deliciously feel your best. No gimmicks. It often starts with identifying and fueling your body with what it truly craves and needs, including understanding the “whys” of this, and implementing lasting changes in your life that may extend beyond nutrition – improving on other areas of focus we work together to identify.

Feeling and being our best selves requires that we consciously tend to our body, mind and spirit – it’s balance across all three that keep us at our strongest. I look at things from a “wholistic” standpoint, and will encourage and guide you to do so too. Being in better balance means you’re better equipped to process and move through anything life throws your way. And making some small changes that will have a big effect is often much easier and simpler than it may seem, and the benefits to be reaped are invaluable. I do believe in an approach to overall health and wellness that is an integration all of the above — however, not everyone is looking for targeted support across each aspect, so I create individualized plans to fit your unique wants, needs and goals.
I’d love to speak with you further about your individual needs and come up with the best plan for you. Please contact me at Sarah@LetTheGoodIn.com with any questions, if you’re interested in working together or want to learn more about available personal, corporate or brand support offerings.
